COOKE Phyllis Eva Passed away peacefully on May 12th, 2018, aged 98 years. Will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends. Funeral Service to be held at Worcester Crematorium on Friday, June 22nd at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Help for Heroes can be sent to Holland Funeral Service, 71 Barnards Green Road, Malvern, WR14 3LS.
