MEADOWS Edge, the most recent Crest Nicholson development launched in Hereford in June 2016 has now successfully sold all 29 units.
The two, three and four-bedroom homes were beautifully designed with a more contemporary finish, whilst internally traditionally designed and built.
Selling agent, Andrew Morris commented "It was clear from the outset with reservations being taken before a brick had been laid on certain plots that the development would sell well.
"Crest have been an integral part of the Hereford property market for many years and have continued to meet the demands of the property market and provide fantastic modern homes on the edge of Hereford city.
"I'm sure this is not the last we have seen from the national developer in Hereford as we are currently in negotiations on a further development scheme north of the river, which should come to the market later this year."
