JACKSON Property had another successful auction at the Green Dragon hotel recently, seeing 100% auction record with the sale of two unique properties.
The first property, Weaven Villa, a spacious house in need of upgrading, accompanied by 12 acres and outbuildings, ideal for equine purposes, sold for £560,000.
The second property, even more individual with its unique history and setting, The Merchants House, a grade II residence which hadn't been occupied since the 1950s, sold for £75,000.
Bill Jackson, the auctioneer commented to say that there is shortage of quality instructions in the current market, and prices have been holding up well, which can be seen particularly with the sale of lot number one, of which exceeded expectations.
