Educated and brought up in Shropshire and now living in north Worcestershire, Ross's knowledge of the region compliments his experience and understanding of all types of property. A highly qualified professional with a passion for property, Ross is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and a RICS Registered Valuer.

Mike Nettleton, sales director says: "We are delighted to welcome Ross into the Nock Deighton fold. Ross and his team will be working closely with each of the seven Nock Deighton Offices which are all well positioned throughout the three counties and are recognised as the "go-to" local experts. This enables the Country Homes department to have maximum coverage and to provide a comprehensive and unrivalled service to our clients; we have a database of qualified buyers who are either local or looking to move to the region; our teams work hard to gain the trust of these buyers in order to ensure that we are their first port of call if they wish to discuss their property requirements."

Ross says: "I am thrilled to join Nock Deighton, a company I have known and admired for many years. The Country Homes team will maintain a constant dialogue with you ensuring that we work closely with you to secure a buyer and then subsequently with your solicitor to do what we can to ensure a smooth sale.

We work alongside our agricultural and surveying departments and in doing so are able to draw upon their wealth of knowledge and experience. We are therefore best placed to advise on all matters relating to your property, whether it be with regards to the best way to present and sell your home to advising on planning legislation and landlord and tenant law. I would be delighted to speak with you to discuss how we can tailor our services to cater to your needs."
