OWNERS of the Water Gypsies Pub on Ashburnham Road, Ham, will appeal the council's decision to block their planning application for refurbishment. Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects are to appeal on the decision over plans to refurbish the pub and landlord accommodation and extend the rear second floor providing nine new flats.
