MICK Jagger's ex, the supermodel Jerry Hall, once said of The Counterfeit Stones, "they're hilarious".
Now a Worcestershire audience can find out if Jerry was right by coming along to a gig by the celebrated tribute act at The Artrix venue in Bromsgrove.
A spokesman said: "Why pay a fortune to see ants in a stadium when for a fraction of the price you can get up close and smell the heady brilliance of the Counterfeit Stones?
"For 25 years these pie-eyed pipers have delivered the best Rolling Stones’ 'rusical' on the circuit. Packed with big hits, outrageous fashion, vintage guitars and a huge dollop of “Spinal Tap” humour, it’s satisfaction guaranteed."
The band will strike up on Friday January 20 and Saturday, January 21.
Tickets on, 01527 577330.
