TICKETS will soon go on sale for a Harry Styles concert at Birmingham's Genting Arena.

His world tour wasn't set for a Brum date, apparently; but it's been added due to "overwhelming demand" say organisers, and the date for the diary is Saturday, April 7, 2018.

A spokesman said: "Harry Styles’ self-titled debut album was released on May 12 and soared to the top of the charts around the world. In the USA it topped the Billboard 200 album chart with over 230,000 equivalent album units sold and 193,000 traditional albums sold, making history as the biggest debut sales week for a UK male artist’s first full-length album since Nielsen Music began tracking sales in 1991.

"The US record debut comes hot on the heels of Harry’s massive international success where the album hit #1 in over 55 countries, including the US., UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Holland, Belgium, Poland and across Latin America, South East Asia and the Middle East."

Tickets formally go on sale on Friday, June 16, at 9am, on 0844 33 88 222; but fans can also go to a link to sign up with a chance, not a guarantee, of pre-sale tickets, at https://harrystyleseurope.ontouraccess.com/
