CHILDREN can have fun finding their way through the amazing maize maze at Broadfields Farm in Powick, which opened this week.

Maize Raiders is the name of this year's fun maze and there's an Indiana Jones theme. The aim if for youngsters to find their way through the Inca maze and help Dr Indiana Wherezigon to fulfill his lifelong ambition and find the Inca's Crystal Cob.

The maze winds its way through 4ft-5ft tall corn and will be open all summer until September, by which time the corn will have reached 8ft.

Farmer Rob Colton said the weather hadn't been ideal for growing the corn to its maximum height.

"We could do with a bit more sunshine," he said.

The maize maze is open daily from 10am until 6pm with the last entries at 5pm. Admission costs £4.50 for adults and £3.50 for children, students and OAPs with free entry for under threes. A family ticket cost £14. Broadfields Farm is on the B4424 Upton Road out of Powick. Visit the farm's website for more information at .
