A Night At The Opera is the theme for this year's annual Malvern Music Experience, an evening of inspirational live music under the natural canopy of the night sky.
The world-famous English Symphony Orchestra will be on stage at the Three Counties Showground on Saturday, August 30.
The celebrated ensemble will be conducted by Stephen Roberts and will perform works by Bizet and Bernstein, Verdi and Puccini.
There will be a selection of arias, choruses and orchestral excerpts from some of the world's most famous operas, including Carmen, La Boheme and Turandot.
The orchestra is joined by Worcestershire-born soprano Elizabeth MacDonald, who has sung with many opera companies in this country and abroad, and tenor John Hudson, famous for his appearance in television's Viva La Diva with Lesley Garrett.
The St Michael's Singers will perform the stunning Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves(Nabucco) and The Anvil Chorus(Il Travatore).
The event promises a powerful and emotional mix of music and theatre.
The evening will close with a rousing finale of much-loved proms and spectacular fireworks set to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.
People are invited to bring along a picnic and organisers are encouraging them to bring along candelbras, the best china, even dress for dinner.
Gates open at 5.30pm and the concert begins at 7pm. There will be bars, refreshments, childrens activities and a free carpark. Tickets cost £18 in advance and £25 on the gate. Call 01684 584924.
