THE Farmers Arms at Birtsmorton is the venue for a live music event on Sunday, August 31.

Chickenstock is organised by three friends from Worcestershire, who share a passion for live music and event production.

Charles Vafiadis is a student and runs a marquee hire company. Alasdair Davis is a studio engineer and Barnaby Simons works for the BBC events team.

Among the featured acts are Debbie Hodgson and Loz Ruston from Worcester, and, from further afield, Stage Sages, My First Tooth, Bianca Bohl, Fraide, Edmund McGowan and Rat Tash Crew.

The event is on from 2pm until closing time. Entry is free and there will be a barbecue.
