Classic cars on show this Sunday

THE Three Counties Showground is the venue for the fourth Malvern Classic Car Show this Sunday (October 12).

The show is a gathering of clubs and private enthusiasts as well as trade and autojumble stands, where people can buy parts for their classic cars as well as see the many fully-restored classic cars on display.

Traders and autojumblers travel from all over the British Isles to attend the event, the largest of its type in the west of England.

Clubs displaying cars at the show include the Daimler and Lanchester Owners Club, Triumph Sports Six Club, TR Drivers Club and TR Register.

And there will also be numerous individuals attending the show to display their cherished classic cars in categories such ranging from 1950s saloons to kit and custom cars, and commercial and military vehicles.

There will be a concours competition with prizes and trophies in all the categories, plus highly commended rosettes. There will also be a best club display and overall concours winner.

The show is on from 10am to 4pm. Admission is £7 for adults and under-14s free. Parking is free.
