WORCESTER's Gilbert & Sullivan Society are on a recruitment drive.
The fun and friendly group is currently rehearsing for its October production of the Japanese themed operetta, 'The Mikado'.
One of Gilbert and Sullivan's best loved shows, it features musical numbers such as "Three Little Maids From School Are We" and "I've Got A Little List".
While the drive is aimed at male chorus, especially tenors, the group would be delighted to welcome anyone who has a desire to perform in one of the most well respected musical theatre groups in the County. They are also well known for being one of the friendliest groups around with regular socials, a fun rehearsal atmosphere and a reputation for dazzling performances.
If you think that would like to be part of this group, or even just the show, grab your kimono and hop in the nearest rickshaw to Perdiswell Young People's Leisure Club every Thursday at 7.30pm.
For more information, pop along to rehearsals or contact secretary, Rebecca Fearnley on 07865599391.
