Heroes just for one day

AS PART of their Midlands tour, the Malvern-based DUCKbrothers Theatre Producktions will perform Heroes at the Market Theatre, Ledbury, on Saturday, May 5.

Gerald Sibleyras’s Heroes, translated by Tom Stoppard, is set in 1959 and tells the story of three French veterans of the First World War - Gustav, Philippe and Henri - who pass their time grumbling about the staff, dreaming about young women and arguing over whether a statue of a dog is alive.

DUCKbrothers revival of this charming comedy features well known DUCKbrothers founders Henry Amphlett and David Rex together with Paul Southcott and is directed by Murray Andrews.

The show starts at 8pm and tickets cost £10 (students £5) from 01432 383663.
