All entries will be on show at the Spring Greens Fair in St Katherine's Hall, from 10.30am to 3pm, on Saturday, May 31.

There will be a special category for young people under sixteen and both colour and black and white prints will be acceptable in all categories.

The contest, which is only open to amateurs, will be judged by Melgray Photographic of Hereford and Neville Thompson from the Hereford College of Arts and Design.

It is being sponsored by Melgray and Flights Orchard Organics, and prizes will include photography vouchers worth £30 each, to be spent at Melgray Photographic.

Deadline for entries will be on Friday, May 23.

Entries should be posted to "Photo Competition", Sunflower Cottage, 6, Crescent Road, Colwall, WR136QW.
