HERFORDSHIRE Council is offering free cycle training after the summer Olympics inspired the nation to get active.
Coun Graham Powell, responsible for education and infrastructure, said: “A lot of residents have expressed an interest in getting out and about on their bikes, but for those who aren’t very confident about cycling on the roads or perhaps it’s been a few years since they’ve been on a bike, it can be a little daunting.
“We are pleased to be able to offer a range of free cycle training through the Destination Hereford project, including one-to-one sessions for adults, children and families.”
