A WOMAN from Ledbury has denied stealing £239,000 from her employer over a three-year period when she appeared before a judge at Worcester Crown Court.
Nicola Saxelby, aged 49, of Browning Road, also pleaded not guilty to a fraud charge which alleges she used cheques to obtain £141,574 cash.
She further denied two more counts of fraud, a further count of theft of £34,325 in rental payments and false accounting while working for Countrywide Stores of Ledbury as her employer’s personal assistant.
The six charges span the period from September 2005 to March last year.
Judge John Cavell adjourned the hearing until November 23 and granted Saxelby bail.
