Guides given a surprise donation

LEDBURY Guides have been pleasantly surprised with a generous donation from Bromyard Road firm the Helping Hand Company.
The group was delighted to receive a cheque for £5,000.
District commissioner Pam Sarginson said: “We are so grateful for such a significant donation as it will enable us to update much of our old equipment and still leave plenty to help fund some exciting new activities for the girls.
The Helping Hand Company has been a regular supporter of local youth groups, and recently made a similar donation to the Ledbury Western Explorer Scouts.
