TWO men have been charged with burglary and assaults offences after two bed-sits in Hereford were targeted at the weeked.
The properties on Newtown Road were burgled between 10.15pm and 10.30pm on Friday.
During one of the burglaries, the occupants of the flat were assaulted and a mobile phone was stolen.
A PlayStation 2, computer games and DVDs were taken in the other burglary.
Two men in the 20s were later arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault, while a third man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of witness intimidation.
All three men have since been charged in connection with the incident and are due to appear before Hereford Magistrates Court later today.
