A MAN has been arrested after reports of indecent behaviour in Ledbury.

Police are linking three indecent incidents in the town between December 17-19.

Between 8.50pm and 9.30pm on December 17 a woman parked in High Street reported seeing a man with his trousers down, touching himself next to her driver’s side window. Between 10.30pm and 11pm the same evening a man was seen in an alleyway off The Homend, next to Natwest bank, with his hand down his trousers.

And at noon on December 19 a man was seen standing in the window of a first floor flat on the Homend exposing himself.

The man from all three incidents is described as white, aged 18 to 20 years old and wearing dark clothing.

PC Paul Smith, from Ledbury police station, who is investigating, said: “We are linking these crimes due to the time frame they have happened in, the location and the description of the offender.

“I would urge anyone who may know of any similar incidents to contact us as soon as possible.”

A 21-year-old man arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency has been released on police bail.
