HEREFORDSHIRE’S Dewsall Court, is joining forces with former SAS soldier, author and motivational guru Floyd Woodrow for a unique retreat, The Elite You, offering total revitalisation of body and mind for the year ahead.
The retreat will take place from February 1 to 3, when Woodrow will be joined by nutritional therapist Kerry Evans, sound therapist Richard Mack and there will be yoga in the dedicated studio barn.
On Saturday Floyd Woodrow, whose book Elite!: The Secret to Exceptional Leadership and Performance, was published last year, will talk, drawing on his years in the elite Special Air Service Regiment and his studies in law and psychology, to inspire guests and equip them with the ‘tools’ to fulfill their ambitions for the year ahead.
The weekend will also include individual massages, food demonstrations from In The Pink Cookery School nutritionist Kerry Evans, a voice sound therapy session and yoga detox class.
