 A COMPLAINT about “disparaging and racial remarks” has been made against a Ledbury town councillor.

Former town councillor Ian James has made the complaint about coun Tony Bradford to Herefordshire Council.

Coun Bradford denies the claim and is seeking legal advice.

Herefordshire Council's deputy monitoring officer John Jones has written to Coun Bradford stating that the complaint has been referred to a standards panel.
