A MOVING electronic picture frame, costing over £200, could be bought by Ledbury Town Council for promotional purposes, such as advertising Ledbury’s heritage to tourists.
If full council approves the recommondation from the environment and leisure committee, it would be on display in the town council office windows in Church Lane.
