‘Worrying’ case

 Charles Gutkind, aged 52, of Cockyard Farm, Rushall, pleaded not guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court to two charges of livestock worrying and three charges relating to nuisance communications. He was released on bail for a pretrial review on February 13.
