A LEDBURY cheese company is celebrating receiving top marks for its health and safety.
Meadow Cheese, based in Dymock Road, has received a five-star rating from the British Safety Council for the second year running.
Health and safety manager Phil Hoyle said: “Top rate health and safety is essential in the food industry and particularly in the dairy industry.
“We continually invest in employee training and development in all areas of manufacturing, not just health and safety, and this has tangible effects on food safety and product quality.”
