The road A465 at Wormbridge has a speed limit of 40mph and 50mph if you were to sit in my front room you would hear the cars and lorries, motor bikes, buses, going up or down the road a lot faster than they should so we are going to have these crashes. People just don't care.My Grandson Chay Sykes walked the village at night to get people to sign up for a limit he was only 14years old at the time we admired him for the hard work.He now thinks was it worth it,we always indicate well before our turn off, the people who overtake when cars are coming up towards them and look at us or sound the horn in temper, cars overtake when you are doing 39mph.I had a lady overtake me the other day in a people carrier with children in the back dancing about no belts on she must of been doing about 65mph.How many lives do we have to lose before people see those round 40mph or 50mph signs.
