CHANGES are afoot at one of Worcestershire’s most wellknown charities.
In an aim to make services more accessible, volunteers and case officers from the Royal British Legion will no longer work from offices but will instead set up a series of drop-in centres throughout the county in public buildings and remote locations where there is a need for the service.
Worcestershire will form part of the South West Midlands along with Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Bristol, and will be based in Bristol.
Details of the new outreach centres will be available soon but the charity can still be contacted on 01452 380200, 330420 or 08457 725725 or via britishlegion.org.uk.
