Lindsay Jackson, of Ledbury Books and Maps on the High Street, will be throwing a Big Bookshop Party tomorrow to mark the launch of Books Are My Bag – a nationwide campaign that will celebrate books and high street bookshops, in the face of increasing competition from E-books and multi-national bookselling giants.

Some books are for keeps, and you can pass them on.
You can’t easily do that with e-books.
