Robbery in Leominster - police appeal

A MAN needed hospital treatment after being robbed in Leominster yesterday.
The victim, who is in his 30s, was walking along Mill Street between 12.30am and 1.30am when he was approached by two other men.
After a brief conversation, the man was attacked without warning.
Police believe that the two men then stole property from the victim before making off down Mill Street towards the Hop Pole pub.
As a result of the robbery, the victim needed hospital treatment for cuts and bruises to his head and body.
The two suspects are described as being white, around 5ft 9ins tall and were wearing dark clothing and possibly baseball caps.
Police are keen to hear from any witnesses, particularly the driver of a white Vauxhall Zafira that was parked near B&Q at the time of the incident.
