Child airlifted to hospital after being in collision with a car in Perseverance Road, Hereford

A CHILD has been airlifted to Birmingham Children's Hospital with serious injuries after being in collision with a vehicle in Hereford.
The accident, which is believed to have involved a young boy, happened in Perseverance Road at about 3.25pm.

Meanwhile, a man broke his leg and his arm when he was in collision with a car in Belmont Road this morning.
The 34-year-old was taken to Hereford County Hospital following the accident that happened near McDonald's at 5am.
Police say that the driver of the silver Ford Mondeo, a man in his 60's, from Abergavenny, left the scene after the ambulance arrived, but has since been located.
Anyone who witnessed the collision are asked to call PC Chris Lea on 101, quoting incident 43-S-231013.
