CHRISTMAS came to Dymock last Saturday, with the switching of the village’s Tree of Lights on Wintour’s Green.
The event was organised by the Friends of the Beauchamp Arms, and each light could be sponsored in memory of a loved one.
Proceeds will go to Dymock Church and Cotswold Riding for the Disabled. Based at Cheltenham racecourse, Cotswold Riding for the Disabled has more than 200 riders supported by around 150 volunteers every week.
Donations will continue to be collected until Christmas.
