Tea dances for older people in Ross-on-Wye

TEA dances aimed at older people is to be held in Ross-on-Wye.
The sessions will be held at the Larruperz Centre between 2pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday, January 29, Wednesday, February 26 and Wednesday, March 26.
The project is being run by the Courtyard and DanceFest and is aimed at providing older people with the opportunity to engage in dance-based activities, as well as promoting well-being and quality oof life.
“The enjoyment and pleasure that has been expressed from those taking part over the last three months has been so inspiring," said Alice Saunders, arts and older people project co-ordinator at the Courtyard.
"We are excited to attract new members this year who are interested in keeping active, meeting new people and maybe trying something new.”
