A BISHOP from Germany paid a visit to Great Malvern Priory to celebrate links between churches in the two countries.
Ilse Junkermann, the Bishop of Central Germany, brought greetings to the Priory from the church at Wolmirstedt, a town near Magdeburg.
The two churches have been linked since 1996, getting to know each other with regular exchange visits.
The Bishop was visiting the UK to sign an agreement with the Bishop of Worcester, Dr John Inge, pledging closer ties between German and English Christians in the two dioceses.
