A LEGENDARY radio and television personality is set to return to the airwaves.

Pat Sharp, who is perhaps best known for presenting children's show Funhouse for 10 years on CITV from 1989 to 1999, will be hosting a special edition of the 'Guess the Year' feature on the West Midlands-based Free Radio on Friday, February 7.

It runs on weekday mid-mornings across the Free Radio network and Pat will also be contributing to the four breakfast shows that week.

When Pat called into Free Radio, he said: “I was made to feel really welcome. It was great to meet the various breakfast shows and I loved being on air as a part of the ‘Guess the Year’ feature.”

It will be Pat’s first appearance on-air since he left his afternoon slot at Smooth Radio in December 2013.
