POTTERY piggies will be created to mark National Pig Day ,and to keep at bay half-term holiday boredom.
Eastnor Pottery will host the children's workshops on Wednesday February 19 and the following day, ahead of National Pig Day, which will be March 1.
Youngsters aged from four to 12 will be able to make piggies on a potter's wheel.
But they will have to be patient before they can bring home the bacon, and their creations, and be as happy as a pig in clover.
The pottery pigs will only be ready for collection by mid-April.
Potter, Jon Williams said: "The clay needs to be thoroughly dried before it goes in the kiln.
"The last thing we want is a kiln of exploding pigs!"
