CARERS or supporters of those with mental health issues or dementia are being asked to complete a survey.

Herefordshire Mind is conducting the survey on the experiences of those caring for and supporting loved ones, friends or neighbours with mental health issues and/or dementia.

The results will play an important role in future Herefordshire Mind projects and funding opportunities.

Staff want to know how best to support those caring for people with mental health issues.

To complete the survey visit www.herefordshire-mind.org.uk

Paper copies can be collected from the office at 14 St Owen Street, Hereford.

All responses are anonymous, but those taking part can add their name and address should they require any further information or have any questions.

To discuss this with the carers project lead, call Siobhan Donnelly-Maguire on 07815 512503 or email Siobhan.donnelly@herefordshire-mind.org.uk
