A DONATION from a Hereford law firm means a therapy centre can offer additional help to those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Harrison Clark Rickerbys' Charitable Trust gave £800 to the Herefordshire MS Therapy Centre in Whitecross to help fund hydrotherapy sessions.

Although there is no cure for MS, hydrotherapy involves the use of water as a form of pain relief and treatment for users.

Andrew Perrett, partner and trustee of the law firm, said: "The therapies offered by the centre are a major contribution to the fight against MS. The group not only offers support, but also practical solutions to problems and help with day to day living."

Since 2007, Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Charitable Trust has raised more than £145,000 for charities in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
