Spring concert to help mission
THE People’s Choir of Blackburn will present a ‘Springtime Concert’ in Langho next week.
St Mary’s Church in York Lane will host the event on Friday, May 2, from 7.30pm.
Admission costs £5 on the door, including refreshments.
The proceeds of the concert will be divided between the parish and St Augustine’s High School’s Pupil Chaplains Lourdes Pilgrimage Fund. This will help Year 11 pupils travel to Lourdes in July to work with disabled and sick people.
