PEOPLE with a love of the great outdoors can meet some experts in the field at the launch of this year's Hellens Manor Garden Festival.

Garden designer, journalist and broadcaster, James Alexander-Sinclair, and award-winning garden designer and television presenter Hannah Genders will be at the Much Marcle manor on Friday June 6 at 7pm.

The Garden Festival continues on the Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm and gives people the chance to see around 70 exhibitors, demonstrators and talks in the manor's grounds.

Tickets for the evening cost £12.50 and weekend tickets cost £6.50 for adults, with funds going to St Michael's Hospice.
