A FUN day this Saturday (June 21) will help to bring the sparkle back to Leominster’s Christmas lights switch-on.

The Leominster Christmas Jubilee group was set up to organise fundraising events in order to deliver an exciting switch-on event for the town's children this year.

The event takes place at Luctonians Sports Club at Mortimer Park, near Leominster, between 2pm and 6pm.

Entry is free and there will be free buses from Leominster Bus Station at 1.15pm, 1.30pm, 1.45pm, 2pm and 2.15pm.

The buses will stop at Barons Cross and will return from 5.45pm.

There will be pony rides, roaming reptiles, face painting, glitter tattoos, a bouncy castle and many other stalls.
