MOTORISTS will have to watch their speed on one popular approach to Dymock, when the limit will be cut to 30mph.
Following a campaign by the village's Considerate and Legal Motoring Group (CALM) and the Dymock Parish Council, new speed restrictions will be imposed in the B4215, close to the village.
The limit at Pound Corner will be cut from 40mph to 30mph, following local concerns over speeding motorists,
And the new speed 30mph zone will be extended around the bend into the Batchfields area, where the limit is presently 60mph.
However, the new limits are not expected to be in place until next year.
