SHOPPERS visiting Hereford’s weekly market will be able to pick up information and advice on emotional wellbeing as well as their groceries this week.
Staff from 2gether NHS Foundation Trust's Let’s Talk service will be on hand on Wednesday (August 20) to offer support to anyone struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, anger, panic and similar mental health issues.
The team will be running an information stand in High Town from 10am until 4.30pm.
2gether NHS Foundation Trust provides mental and social healthcare across Herefordshire.
Let’s Talk provides free advice over the phone and in person – either on a one to one basis or in group courses which run regularly across the county.
