THE FRIENDS of the Dymock Poets will host two Heritage Open Days on Thursday, September 11, from 11am, and Friday, September 12, at 2pm.
Guided walks will be offered in landscape that would have been well know to famous poets, shortly before the outbreak of the First World War.
The Dymock poets were a group of writers who either lived or visited the Dymock area, to encourage and inspire each other.
Their members included Edward Thomas, Rupert Brooke and Robert Frost.
Pre-booking is essential for the walks and further information is available in St Mary's Church, Dymock and the Dymock Shop.
