A CONSULTATION process to discuss a possible shifts shake-up at Amcor Flexibles, Ledbury's largest employer, is still ongoing.
Amcor, based on the Lower Road Trading Estate, revealed last month that it was considering cutting its working days from seven to five.
Despite rumours in town that the consultation had led to a decision that the existing shift patterns would not change after all, this was formally denied by Amcor's human resources manager, Helen Rogers, this week, who said the consultation with the workforce was continuing.
She declined to say how long the consultation process would last.
