TV chef Alex Mackay will be making an appearance in Ross-on-Wye tomorrow evening, demonsrating his award-winning culinary skills, taking part in a Q&A session, and signing copies of his latest book, Everybody Everyday, at Labels on the outskirts of the town.
Alex has enjoyed a long-standing career, working alongside legendary chefs such as Raymond Blanc and Delia Smith and appearing on Ready Steady Cook and ITV’s Too Many Cooks. His previous book, Cooking in Provence, won a World Cookbook Award and was nominated for Best First Book by the Guild of Food Writers.
The new book, Everybody Everyday, offers a revolutionary take on cooking, encouraging readers to stick to a few basic yet tasty recipes which can be reinvented so they never grow tired.
During the evening, attendees of the event will be invited to taste Alex’s creations for themselves as well as wines chosen to complement the food.
The event is free to attend but limited to just 50 guests. Reserve your place on the Labels website at labelsoutletshopping.co.uk
