LAST WEEK'S Vespa rally in Ledbury is being hailed as a roaring success, not least the mass picture shoot by the Market House.
This took place last Friday, May 15, when the riders were greeted by Ledbury's new mayor, Cllr Annette Crowe, and town crier, Bill 'The Bell' Turberfield.
The base for the Veteran Vespa Club gathering was Woodside Country Park, in Falcon Lane, but the riders enjoyed tours of the best countryside routes in the Three Counties, past orchards in blossom.
Club spokesman, Bill Gaskins said: " This year is the 60th anniversary of the Vespa GS 150, and we had 87 members attending with 53 Vespas.
"Many Thanks to everyone who participated and helped to make Our Spring Blossom Rally so successful."
