TWO local charities will benefit from the Mayor of Ledbury's Christmas Glitz and Glamour Ball.

They will be Salter's Hill, based at Falcon Lane, for adults with learning difficulties, and Love Ledbury.

These are the mayoral charities for the year, chosen by Ledbury's mayor, Cllr Annette Crowe.

The ball will take place on Saturday, December 12, from 8pm, at Alexander Park.

There will be a hot buffet, wine and entertainment.

There will also be a charity auction.
