Motorist charged after being stopped by police
AN elderly motorist has been charged with failure to provide a specimen after she was stopped by police on the B4214 near Ledbury on Tuesday (February 9).
Diana Mary Payne, aged 85, of Canon Frome, has been bailed to appear before Hereford Magistrates' Court on February 25.
