A MAN has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of a 24-year-old Herefordshire man on the A49.
Shahram Ali, 28, from St Mark Street in Gloucester appeared at Worcester Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.
Ian Wemyss - known as 'Devvo' to friends - died when his white Ford Fiesta was involved in a crash with another car near the Pilgrim Hotel in Much Birch on November 6.
A trial date has been set for February 6, 2017.
