A CONCERT held in a Goodrich garden raised £1,000 for Save the Children.
The Roaring Megs Community Choir performed a variety of songs in the garden of Daniel and Patricia Jones.
The money will go toward the charity's projects in the UK and abroad, which reach out to children and families who are suffering the effects of poverty.
The choir was formed in Goodrich in 2010. No auditions are required and new members welcome. They meet every Monday at 8pm at Goodrich Village Hall.
