ANOTHER stage of the Oval development has been completed, providing 37 new homes for affordable rent.
Housebuilder Keepmoat has officially handed over the keys to 37 new apartments in Goodrich Grove in Hereford to its development partner Herefordshire Housing.
Keepmoat has been on site with Herefordshire Housing since 2010 and has completed 130 homes as part of the ongoing transformation of The Oval.
The project involves demolition, new build and refurbishment and is scheduled for completion next winter.
